This is a sp3 orbital which is significant in Organic Chemistry and commonly formed by carbon atoms in alkanes. This hybridization formed by 1 "s" and 3 "p" orbitals makes up 4 sp3 bonds that form around the central atom which form a tetrahedral structure.
